Requirements
  • Must be able to work on-site as required, with potential occasional travel between our offices in New York City and Stamford, CT
  • Expected bachelor’s degree in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
  • Demonstration of previous course work in MIS systems
  • Familiarity and/or ability to learn facilities related software programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, verbal communication, and technical skills
  • Ability and willingness to conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity at all times
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards
Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing new facilities projects, including data center expansion/upgrades
  • Supporting the assessment and mitigation of risks associated with critical systems
  • Participating in emergency response and recovery activities related to facilities and critical systems
  • Managing and maintaining critical systems, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems
  • Supporting the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs
  • Helping to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assisting with procurement process as it relates to services required for maintaining and operating critical environments
  • Liaising with various internal departments and external vendors/contractors/consultants we collaborate with regularly
