  • Bachelor’s degree(or foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or equivalent experience a plus.
  • 4+ years in User Acquisition, Live Ops, or Product Marketing, ideally in gaming or mobile apps.
  • 2+ years of building and engaging with user communities
  • Expertise in Emerging Markets with focus on LATAM Markets
  • Agency management, from selection to high-level strategy and execution.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with experience delivering executive presentations.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for onboarding, planning meetings, and strategic initiatives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice.
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams with ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications, including asynchronous interactions with others.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with UA Team to deliver data-driven strategies tailored for LATAM, ensuring proactive campaign planning and market-specific adjustments.
  • Monitor weekly performance data, identify trends, and optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Identify and evaluate new Emerging Markets in the region for investment opportunities.
  • Design and execute campaigns aligned with product updates and pipelines, leveraging insights from ad platforms and product teams.
  • Oversee partnerships with external agencies to enhance campaign performance and drive innovation.
  • Liaison with the Emerging Markets Country Managers to coordinate campaigns and priorities.
  • Lead Live Ops requests, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with internal partners
  • Be responsible for the creation and on-time delivery of copy bundles, marketing materials, and other campaign assets.
  • Represent Emerging Markets LATAM in planning meetings, ensuring alignment with product marketing and Live Ops initiatives.
  • Engage with player communities and incorporate feedback for future events.
  • Act as a liaison for partners, support LATAM-related activities, and strengthen regional partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members and partners, including regular and reliable attendance and participation in meetings.
  • Required in-office 2 days on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
