Responsibilities
- Welcome students and guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate private dance lessons, group classes, appointments, and studio events.
- Maintain accurate student records, schedules, and administrative information.
- Assist with student enrollment, payments, packages, and account updates.
- Communicate with current and prospective students regarding lessons, events, and studio activities.
- Follow up with prospective students and existing clients as needed.
- Support studio promotions, showcases, competitions, and special events.
- Coordinate communication between students, instructors, and studio management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and studio environment.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Assist with daily studio opening and closing procedures.
- Support management and instructors with administrative and organizational tasks.
- Help ensure studio policies and procedures are followed.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented studio culture.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous dance experience is not required; an interest in ballroom dancing is a plus.
