This role’s primary responsibility is in the refinement, development, delivery, and growth of key features to support Broadridge’s use of Salesforce.com and connected applications globally.

Success in this role will be based on your ability to solve complex business problems both independently and in collaboration with multi-functional teams, and to see projects through from inception to delivery, and successful adoption thereafter. This candidate should possess a combination of strong business acumen and technical skill, and have strong oral and written communication skills.
This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Solve complex business challenges through well-designed, scalable solutions that do not require high admin overhead, are not error prone
- Demonstrate strong understanding of business needs, articulate up and downstream impacts, and proactively seek input from business partners where needed
- Proactively bring best practices to ensure optimal platform performance and sophisticated technical architecture frameworks
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions with business partners to ensure complete and relevant coverage for requirements and user stories
- Execute analysis of current state processes, tools, and data sets to provide key project artifacts including but not limited to, ERDs, Data Models, automation specs, impact assessments, cost-benefit analyses, project success criteria (e.g. ROI, KPIs), process optimization proposals
- Independently author proposals and solutions for net new capabilities to serve in support for downstream development and admin activities, included but not limited to BRDs, Process Flows, Wireframes, and Proofs of Concept
- Evaluate third party/vendor solution proposals and code quality
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions to solve for the above mentioned business needs using declarative options, flows, Apex, and LWC’s
- Familiar with SOQL queries and Salesforce’s Database Structure
- Design and execute integrations against third party or proprietary databases with best practice for end-to-end data governance
- Communication in service of project managements updates, business user support and training, technology partner collaboration
- Post-implementation admin training, adoption monitoring, backlog management, prioritization and delivery of enhancements
Experience/Qualifications
- Salesforce.com Certification, preferably Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Sales & Service Cloud Consultant
- Delivery of Salesforce.com automation and custom features that directly served a business need, experience leading 3+ transformative initiatives preferred
- Experience in Salesforce.com Sales Cloud core configuration, Flow Configuration, Data Loader, Excel required
- Experience in Platform Events, Sandbox Management, DevOps, Snapshots, SFDC Analytics, Marketing Cloud, JIRA, Project Management, Mobile, Eloqua, OwnBackup, Outlook Integration, Service Cloud, preferred
- SOQL, Talend, HTML, Apex, Javascript, LX web components and exposure or experience with the latest tooling for Salesforce.com optimization all a plus
- Experience with implementations support a SaaS/subscription business preferred
Salary range $120,000,00- $125,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
