Requirements

A bachelor's degree from a reputable university is required.
Fluency in English is required.
At least 10 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, alliances, or software ecosystems is required; SAP experience is preferred.
A proven track record managing senior or global software vendors is required.
Strong commercial acumen, including contracts, licensing models, forecasting, and margin control, is required.
A solid understanding of software, cloud, and integration models is required.
Experience managing tier-based SAP partner programs is required; Gold or Platinum program experience is preferred.
Strong communication and networking skills and experience are required.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with key leadership stakeholders at software principals in both global and local segments.
Serve as the executive owner of assigned software principal relationships.
Lead commercial negotiations covering partner tier, margins, incentives, and territory governance.
Define and execute joint go-to-market strategies, quarterly business reviews, and pipeline governance.
Drive sustainable growth through renewals, upselling, and multi-year expansions.
Ensure full compliance with licensing, certification, and partner program requirements.
Manage escalations involving principals, enterprise customers, and internal leadership.

Currently we are looking for a Senior SAP Partnership Manager to generate high‑impact relationships with global software principals and own commercial outcomes, strategic alignment, and revenue growth across the partnership portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Build strong relationship with Software Principal's key leadership stakeholders both in global and local segments
Serve as the executive owner of assigned software principal relationships

Drive sustainable growth through renewals, upsell, and multi‑year expansions
Ensure full compliance with licensing, certification, and partner program requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor degree's from Reputable University
Fluent in English
10+ years’ experience in partner management, channel sales, alliances, or software ecosystems (SAP preferred)
Proven track record managing senior/global software vendors
