Our dedicated team works around the clock to deliver powerful, cost-effective, and reliable solutions that create real value for our clients. From streamlining operations to unlocking new opportunities, our engineers turn publicly available data into actionable insights. With IPRoyal, businesses enjoy first-class, scalable experiences that grow alongside them.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Can you find the partners that will grow one of the largest IP pools in the market, and close deals that still hold up a year later? IPRoyal is a proxy infrastructure company with around 150 people. Our teams work from Lithuania, the Philippines, Spain, the US, and other countries. We are looking for a Head of IP Supply Partnerships to own our IP sourcing partnership and procurement function. You'll own the pool targets, build and lead the supply partnerships team, and work closely with Data, R&D, and Risk teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the residential and static pool targets: size, quality by region, a predictable pipeline, compliance risk, and procurement pricing and costs;
Own the P&L for the whole business unit and set the commercial model: rates, revenue share, bonuses, and contract terms, within an agreed budget;
Define the supply strategy with Data and R&D: which regions, which partner types, and which channels we open next, and what we need from the product to get there;
Find, negotiate, and close partners yourself, from app and game developers and SDK networks to ISPs, mobile operators, and IP providers;
Keep the partners we already have: grow their live IPs, renew terms, and spot churn before it shows in the pool;
Build and lead the team and the process behind it, from first call through KYC to live IPs;
Run the pipeline so it's predictable, with a clean CRM, weekly reporting, and forecasts that hold;
Work with Risk and Compliance on every partner. They have the final say on KYC and consent, and you make sure deals are built to pass it;
Be where partners are, at gaming, app, and ad-tech conferences and in partner meetings.
WHAT WE EXPECT
Experience: 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or B2B sales, including deals you sourced and closed yourself;
Industry background: Experience in gaming, mobile apps, app monetisation, ad tech, telecom, or another industry where you've built a supply or partner network;
Leadership: At least 2 years leading people or owning a team-level target;
Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills, comfortable with per-GB, revenue-share, and CPM commercials;
Consent & privacy: Experience selling where consent, privacy, or platform policy matters, treating that as part of the deal;
Data: A head for numbers: you can build a pipeline model and defend your forecast;
Language: Fluent English;
Travel: Willingness to travel regularly;
Nice to have: An existing network among app developers, SDK monetisation platforms, ISPs, or mobile operators; experience with proxy, VPN, bandwidth-sharing, or other internet infrastructure;
YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS
Learn how our pool, SDK, and partner onboarding work end to end, and get to know the Data, R&D, Risk, and Compliance teams;
Take over the current pipeline and partner relationships from the people covering them today;
Present a 12-month supply plan covering priority regions, partner types, team, and budget;
Close your first new partners and set targets for the team.
WHAT WE OFFER
Real ownership: One of the most important functions in the business, with a direct line to leadership;
Performance bonus: Tied to the targets you own;
Flexible work: Work from anywhere in Lithuania or the EU, with offices in Vilnius, Kaunas, and Klaipėda (includes occasional travel);
Resources to win: Budgets for tools, training, wellness, and work equipment, plus conference travel;
Team culture: Team offsites, workations, and celebrations for birthdays and other big moments;
Salary range: €5,000–6,500 gross per month (or the equivalent on a B2B contract), depending on experience. Open to discussion for the right candidate.
