Requirements

The candidate must be a final-year student pursuing a Bac+5 qualification at an engineering school, business school, or university, specializing in information systems, project management, or digital transformation.
The candidate must have a strong interest in transformation topics, tools, and project management.
The candidate must have initial experience through an internship, project, or association related to information systems or project management.
The candidate must have a good understanding of project environments, including methods, organization, and coordination.
The candidate must have analytical ability, a structured mindset, and rigor.
The candidate must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
The candidate must be fluent in French for a French-speaking environment.
The candidate must have professional English proficiency at B2/C1 level.

Responsibilities

Participate in information systems transformation projects involving enterprise resource planning, enterprise performance management, procure-to-pay solutions, order-to-cash solutions, Kyriba, and other business tools.
Contribute to vendor selection activities, including requests for proposal, presentations, and scoring.
Contribute to requirements gathering and testing campaigns by executing tests, tracking feedback and anomalies, and following up with stakeholders.
Contribute to project management office activities, including planning, coordination, risk monitoring, and reporting.
Prepare project committee, steering committee, and other governance-meeting materials under the supervision of consultants, senior consultants, or managers.
Join project teams and work directly on major client engagements, sometimes international.

Votre rôle au sein de l’équipe Conseil Nord

Vous serez impliqué(e) sur des missions mêlant dimensions fonctionnelles et techniques :

Vous participez à des projets de transformation des systèmes d’information (ERP, EPM, solutions P2P, O2C, Kyriba, autres outils métiers…)
Vous contribuez au choix des éditeurs (RFP, soutenance, scoring…)
Vous contribuez à la collecte du besoin, aux campagnes de tests : exécution, suivi des retours et anomalies, relances.
Vous contribuez au pilotage de projet (PMO) : planning, coordination, suivi des risques et reporting)
Vous préparez les supports de COPROJ et de COPIL et toutes autres instances de gouvernance sous la supervision de consultants, seniors ou managers
Vous serez intégré(e) aux équipes projet et interviendrez directement sur des missions clients d’envergure et parfois internationales

Profil recherché

Étudiant(e) en fin d’études (Bac+5 – école d’ingénieur, école de commerce ou université) avec une spécialisation en systèmes d’information, gestion de projet ou transformation digitale
Intérêt marqué pour les sujets de transformation, outils et gestion de projet
Premières expériences (stage, projet, association) en lien avec les systèmes d’information ou la gestion de projet
Bonne compréhension des environnements projet (méthodes, organisation, coordination)
Capacité d’analyse, esprit structuré et rigueur
Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler en équipe
Français courant (environnement francophone)
Anglais professionnel (niveau B2/C1)
