About the job

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of product management experience in B2B software as a service.
  • Experience owning discovery and roadmap decisions for a defined product area.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort saying no and explaining why.
  • Working familiarity with agile delivery models.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted prototyping and development tools, such as Claude, Cursor, Lovable, v0, or similar, including the ability to produce a working prototype rather than only a specification.
  • Experience working in an AI-assisted or AI-driven development lifecycle, or a demonstrated record of quickly adopting new tools and ways of working.
Responsibilities
  • Own strategy, discovery, and roadmap prioritization for an assigned product or product area, translating customer and market insight into a validated, prioritized set of initiatives.
  • Use AI tools to validate problems and solutions before engineering time is committed, build working prototypes when they are the fastest way to reduce uncertainty, and write requirements engineers and AI agents can execute against.
  • Partner with UX Design and Engineering to drive features from concept through launch, and partner directly with Engineering on delivery.
  • Lead AI-accelerated discovery to validate problems and solutions before Engineering time is committed, partnering with UX Design on research, validation, and design review.
  • Build working prototypes with AI-assisted tools when fastest for validating a problem, solution, or workflow; test them with customers and internal stakeholders; and carry the evidence into prioritization and requirements.
  • Work alongside Engineering in the ADLC harness, from planning and selecting specialists and agents through the build, review, and fix loop; capture learnings from each cycle and stay current on AI tooling.
  • Write unambiguous, testable requirements and acceptance criteria that engineers, designers, and AI agents can execute against, paired with a validated prototype or reference where one exists.
  • Partner with Engineering to turn roadmap priorities into a delivery plan.
  • Track and report product-level success metrics after launch.
  • Communicate roadmap status, tradeoffs, and risks to product leadership and stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with cybersecurity training, cyber ranges, workforce readiness, or learning platforms (LMS/LXP).
  • Experience building for or selling to DoD, federal, or SLED customers, including familiarity with procurement, security, and compliance constraints.
  • Familiarity with cyber workforce competency frameworks (NICE Framework, DCWF, DoD 8140) and assessment-driven readiness models.
  • Prior experience partnering with and directing a delivery team.
  • A portfolio of prototypes or shipped features built or materially shaped with AI tooling.
