Responsibilities
  • Be users first – ensure that our suite of recruiter enablement tools, processes and programs elevate ambitions and drive recruiter productivity and satisfaction.
  • Lead a multi-functional team of recruiting operations professionals including program managers, recruiting coordinators, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Oversee recruiter capacity planning to ensure optimal resource allocation and effective alignment of recruiter supply to business demand across the organization.
  • Working with Finance, People Partners and Strategy & Ops, help us systematize and scale headcount management, providing accurate forecasts and views on headcount and location planning.
  • Define and implement processes and tools to support the end-to-end recruiting system, resulting in optimized operations, improved candidate experience, data integrity, automation, and scalability of the Recruiting organization.
  • Partner closely with recruiting analytics to ensure accurate reporting in hiring progress and lean on data to advise leadership on trustworthy forecasting.
  • Set the pace and energy to design and execute an ambitious recruiting operations roadmap including candidate experience, tooling, capacity planning, data and analytics– you’ll refine processes and systems and implement efficient hiring practices.
  • Scale quality interviewing and selection - ensuring that we deliver foundational interview training to thousands of Stripe interviewers, establishing best practices related to interview preparation, candidate experience, written feedback and legal considerations.
  • Working with our People Research team, you will continue to drive structured interviewing frameworks resulting in consistent, high quality signal gathering to underpin candidate evaluation and continuously improve our quality of hires.
  • You will be responsible for defining and tracking metrics and implementing new ways of measuring effectiveness to ensure the strategy we set is measurable and exceeds standards.
  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor across Stripe and have an anticipatory lens for upcoming initiatives that match the ambition of an expanding organization.
  • Build and drive cross-functional partnerships with Compensation, HR, Finance, Strategy and Operations and others.
  • Partner with other recruiting leaders across Stripe and be deeply engaged as a member of the Global Recruiting Leadership team.

Grab’S Future: Ai, Automation, And Maybe No Drivers?

In the trading day following Grab’s announcement of its fourth quarter and full-year 2024 results, its shares fell by 10% as investors recoiled due to its forecast for 2025 revenue falling just short of analysts’ estimates. This was despite a strong set of results, which saw 2024 revenue rise by 19% from 2023.The company also achieved positive adjusted EBITDA for the first time, while its net loss narrowed by 67%. The company is expecting this momentum to continue into 2025.During the earnings call, management also gave more details on the ride-hailing platform’s plans in artificial intelligence and autonomous vehicles (AVs), areas which co-founder and CEO Anthony Tan said were, “for me personally…top of mind.”

Report: Stripe Plots $85 Billion Employee Share Sale

Stripe is reportedly in talks about an employee stock sale at an $85 billion valuation. The deal could add $15 billion on to the payments company valuation, Bloomberg News reported late Monday (Feb. 10), citing sources familiar with the matter. That number, the report says, is still $10 billion lower than Stripe’s peak valuation of $95 billion, achieved when the company last raised money in the tech boom of 2021.
