A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and key performance indicators in a hunter-style outside sales role.
Knowledge and experience with high-voltage (above 750 volts) and low-voltage transformation, distribution, protection, automatic starting equipment, generators, power line systems, and related testing and installation methods is an asset.
Experience with enterprise resource planning software (SAP) and customer relationship management software (Salesforce) is an asset.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including beyond regular hours.
Must possess and maintain a driver's license valid in British Columbia.
Certified Electrical Journeyman certification is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
Continually improve the competitive advantage of rental and sale products by providing rapid-response, high-touch customer service.
Identify new opportunities, grow the existing customer base with qualified customers, and undertake effective sales efforts at trade shows and events.
Collaborate with technical Inside Sales Representatives to design and win projects.
Provide project requirements and rental terms and conditions in a detailed and timely manner so project managers, inside sales representatives, and coordinators can develop accurate quotations and customer solutions.
Ensure equipment and service pricing is accurate and reflects company rate-structure policies.
Maintain lasting, trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and contractors.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensure pricing structure for equipment and services is accurate and reflects company policies on rates structures in place
Maintain lasting and trusting relationships with suppliers, customer and contractors
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
