Requirements
  • Active Department of Defense Information Assurance Technical Level III certification, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Cloud Security Professional, GIAC Certified Incident Handler, GIAC Certified Enterprise Defender, CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner CE, Cisco Certified Network Professional Security, or Certified Information Systems Auditor.
  • Active Cisco certification, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate or Cisco Certified Network Professional.
  • Six to twelve years of experience and a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with Cisco IOS and PAN-OS.
  • Ability to demonstrate cyber/IT-related experience with attention to detail.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • An active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance with a full-scope polygraph is required; Counterintelligence or Lifestyle polygraph and Secret clearance may be considered.
Responsibilities
  • Perform vulnerability assessments, recreate attack vectors, and provide engineering recommendations to help ensure the security of national systems.
  • Configure and optimize network hubs, routers, and switches.
  • Communicate problem-solving activities through oral and written communication.
  • Work onsite with the customer and integrate into the customer's team to ensure mission success.
  • Learn from existing subject matter experts and share expertise with others.
