VesselBot provides a Supply Chain Sustainability Platform that helps shippers measure, monitor, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions across sea, air, rail, and road. It uses a Digital Twin of the global merchant fleet to compute accurate Scope 3 emissions by incorporating voyage data, weather, and port operations with primary and modeled data. The platform can be API-integrated or used standalone and is accredited under the GLEC Framework, ISO 14083, and CDP. Its goal is to increase emissions transparency, optimize carrier selection and network design, and cut emissions and transport costs for sectors like FMCG, healthcare, construction, and automotive.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • August 2026 website updates show active publishing and product marketing.
  • July 2026 surcharge analysis gives shippers direct savings leverage against Maersk and CMA CGM.
  • May 2026 reports on 82,212 voyages keep VesselBot visible during emissions compliance buying cycles.

What critics are saying

  • Maritime analytics incumbents can replicate lane benchmarking and compress pricing by 2027.
  • VesselBot depends on shipping decarbonization budgets; delayed CSRD enforcement slows deals.
  • No disclosed funding since 2024 leaves VesselBot vulnerable if growth stalls.

What makes VesselBot unique

  • VesselBot tracks 82,212 voyages in Q1 2026, not fleet averages.
  • Its digital twin benchmarks actual lane-level emissions and bunker surcharges.
  • Validated against IMO DCS fuel data, with GLEC and ISO:14083 alignment.
