  • Experience providing customer service and follow-up is required.
  • At least two years of experience in call centers, customer service, post-sale follow-up, or the financial sector is required.
  • The role requires organization, effective communication, effective time management, punctual adherence to protocols, proactivity, customer service, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
  • Support, follow up on, and review institutional and regulatory criteria and guidelines for documentation involved in the prequalification, admission, sanctioning, and formalization stages of business credit.
  • Ensure compliance with service levels, institutional standards, and policies to support the quality of the credit portfolio and achievement of the strategies and targets established for Business and Government Banking.
  • Coordinate, develop, and update processes, risks, and controls in the corporate tool to support compliance with the New Internal Control Culture.
  • Support the promotion of business credit products in strict adherence to institutional and regulatory requirements and according to credit-placement and profitability objectives.
Desired Qualifications
  • An AMIB Figure 1 certification that is current is desirable.
  • Intermediate English is desirable.
