Requirements

  • Ability to collaborate across departments, build trust, and foster engagement at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to use assessment data and feedback metrics to evaluate initiatives and inform continuous improvement strategies.
  • Ability to analyze structures, systems, and behaviors to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Ability to design and implement change initiatives that enhance culture, engagement, and performance.
  • Ability to create programs that support leadership development and workforce capability building.
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable development plans across teams and departments.
  • Ability to measure the effectiveness of organizational-development initiatives and refine them based on feedback and data.
  • Proficiency in project-management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to manage projects and activities and prioritize tasks.
  • Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, data-analytic tools, and Visio.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • An active Secret clearance with eligibility for Interim TS/SCI or a full TS/SCI clearance is required at proposal submission and must be maintained throughout the contract.
Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and facilitate organizational-development strategies and professional-growth programs for educational staff.
  • Develop and implement organizational-development strategies.
  • Deliver professional-growth programs.
  • Facilitate change-management initiatives within educational institutions.
  • Support professional-development coordinators, training managers, and talent-development specialists with customized organizational-learning pathways.
  • Evaluate organizational-development initiatives and continuously improve them using feedback and data.
  • Complete work products that are thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and compliant with established criteria.
  • Perform duties competently and professionally while meeting milestones and delivery schedules.
  • Support business-development and other efforts on behalf of ProSidian Consulting.
