- Develop and deliver training for intelligence systems, tools, and mission workflows.
- Train analysts and operators on data ingestion, exploitation, and dissemination processes.
- Create training materials including standard operating procedures, guides, and course content.
- Conduct onboarding and sustainment training in SCIF environments.
- Support mission exercises, simulations, and readiness events.
- Identify training gaps and continuously improve training effectiveness.
- Provide direct support to end users during system adoption and upgrades.
- Prior experience supporting INSCOM or Army intelligence training programs.
- Background in ISR, PED, or intelligence operations.
- Experience building structured training programs or curriculum.
- Military background in intelligence with instructor or trainer experience.
