PraxiPal builds Luna, an AI virtual receptionist for medical practice front desks. Luna handles patient calls with natural-language scheduling, cancellations, FAQ answers, and handoffs, and integrates with practice management systems so appointments appear in the real calendar under each clinic’s rules; it also offers a web console for call insights. The product currently targets dental and orthodontic practices, with plans to expand to other medical specialties, and the company has raised about $6.7 million including a October 2025 seed led by HV Capital to support broader rollout. The goal is to cut front-desk workload by automating routine calls and scale Luna across more specialties and practices through close software integrations and analytics.
