- A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem framing, system-level thinking, and real-world impact.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and shipping products used by real teams, ideally in creative domains.
- A track record of owning work end-to-end, from early concept through launch and iteration.
- The ability to simplify complex capabilities into clear, usable experiences.
- Comfort prototyping as part of the thinking process and using prototypes to explore, test, and refine ideas quickly.
- Experience partnering with engineering to carry ideas through to high-quality implementation.
- Work with product teams and customers to understand and define how users think, create, and collaborate.
- Partner with engineering to deliver clear, high-quality solutions while maximizing the capabilities of the underlying technology.
- Design end-to-end workflows, from first idea to finished output.
- Turn complex systems into clear, intuitive, learnable experiences.
- Prototype quickly to explore, test, and refine concepts.
- Maintain design clarity, craft, and detail across shipped work.
- Experience with game engines, 3D tools, or spatial interfaces.
- Experience with multimodal or AI-driven interaction patterns.
