About the job
- ABA certification or eligibility for board certification as an anesthesiologist.
- An active Illinois medical license, or willingness to obtain or reactivate one.
- Comfort with travel and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to practice independently.
- Provide office-based anesthesia care for a variety of procedures in Chicago suburbs locations.
- Travel to assigned practice locations according to 2-weeks-on/2-weeks-off, extended weekend, or custom rotation schedules.
- Work autonomously with provided equipment, supplies, and support staff.
- Participate in a shadow day and onboarding process.
- A commitment of at least six months to qualify for commitment incentives.
- Willingness to work under either W2 or 1099 arrangements.
