Globalli launches Workday-certified app to streamline global payroll across 125+ countries

Globalli has achieved Workday Certified Integration status for its global payroll platform through Workday Human Capital Management and Workday Global Payroll Connect. The integration allows multinational organisations to maintain Workday as their primary workforce data system whilst processing payroll through Globalli across more than 125 countries. The system enables employee and organisational data to flow from Workday into Globalli for payroll processing according to country-specific requirements. Payroll results then return to Workday, creating connectivity across HR, payroll, finance and tax functions. Globalli combines global payroll technology with localised compliance infrastructure and AI-powered intelligence. The platform includes Genius AI, which reviews payroll for variances and compliance issues before finalisation. The integration is available through the Workday Marketplace and aims to reduce reliance on manual processes and disconnected local providers.
