- 7+ years of overall software development / DevOps experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with LaunchDarkly or other feature flagging tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js for integration.
- Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Splunk, ELK, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Integrate LaunchDarkly with existing applications, services, and pipelines.
- Design and implement scalable feature flag strategies to support A/B testing, canary releases, and gradual rollouts.
- Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth adoption of feature flagging.
- Build and maintain automated pipelines integrating LaunchDarkly for continuous delivery and deployment.
- Provide governance and best practices around flag lifecycle management, cleanup, and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability.
- Train teams on using LaunchDarkly effectively for feature rollouts.
- Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and experimentation strategies.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Exposure to Kubernetes / Docker environments.
