About the job

Requirements
  • A track record as an operator who owned a growth number at a fast-growing technology company.
  • A real understanding of the high-net-worth market and how to sell to it.
  • Daily use of artificial intelligence tools and experience building them into team workflows.
  • Experience building and running lean, high-output teams.
  • Fluency in modern analytics tools and dashboards, with a habit of running the business from them.
  • Ability to work with an engineering team and write product specifications.
  • Ability to work directly with founders, engineering, product, design, brand, and onboarding teams.
  • Ability to personally call members and send emails when needed.
Responsibilities
  • Own member acquisition end to end, including the new-members-per-month target, acquisition channels, conversion funnel, and measurement instrumentation.
  • More than double monthly growth over the coming quarters in a repeatable way.
  • Productize the acquisition channels that already work.
  • Build a single source of truth for the funnel and fix the issues it reveals.
  • Find at least one strong acquisition channel that Atlas is not currently running.
  • Ship product, not just campaigns.
  • Build dashboards and track customer acquisition cost, conversion, activation, and payback by channel.
  • Run growth on a weekly cadence with clear owners and weekly targets.
  • Personally call members and send emails as part of growth execution.

About the company

Atlas Card creates a premium charge card focused on experiences and personal growth rather than traditional rewards. The card replaces points and interest with curated experiences and wisdom, aiming to transform how users spend by turning everyday purchases into meaningful journeys. Revenue comes from annual fees and potential affiliate partnerships, while not selling personal data for marketing. It targets a niche of modern explorers who value growth and unique experiences over material rewards. The goal is to offer an unparalleled, almost magical, spending experience that aligns with a lifestyle of curiosity and enrichment.

What believers are saying

  • Atlas raised $40 million on April 14, 2026, reaching a $420 million valuation.
  • The company says gross revenue run-rate exceeded $20 million and retention hit 80% first year.
  • January 13, 2026 and July 1, 2026 partnerships expanded padel, wellness, travel, and hospitality access.

What critics are saying

  • Forbes reported Atlas laid off over one-third of staff during its 2021-2023 restructuring.
  • Atlas still fights Amex Centurion and JPMorgan Reserve for the same affluent members.
  • If member growth stalls, Atlas’s premium annual-fee model cannot cover concierge-heavy servicing costs.

What makes Atlas Card unique

  • Atlas pairs a $999 annual charge card with concierge-led access to experiences, not points.
  • Its July 1, 2026 benefits overhaul added hotel credits, wellness perks, and rotating partner offers.
  • Atlas’s niche targets ultra-high-net-worth members, not mass-market spenders chased by Amex or Chase.
