SentinelOne channel lead talks of AI security opportunity.

SentinelOne channel lead talks of AI security opportunity. Reflecting on the vendor's recent OneCom event, the messaging is for the channel to engage with tools and services that reduce customer risk. Published: 29 Oct 2026 16:10 Artificial intelligence (AI) and agents are spreading across businesses, providing the channel with an opportunity to secure those tools and enable customers to embrace innovation with confidence. That was the message SentinelOne shared with partners at its recent OneCon conference, with the vendor encouraging its channel to react to increased customer demand. "The world runs on AI and SentinelOne secures it. We really believe that, and that's what we're leading with," said Bryce Grow, senior vice-president of global channel and managed service partners at SentinelOne. OneCon was the backdrop for the firm to extend its protection tools to cover more AI, particularly focusing on the growing spread of AI agents. "It's going to allow every AI agent to enforce what it is allowed to do, detecting unintended and malicious activity in real time, and giving more visibility and governance. That's a blind spot for a lot of our clients and partners right now," she said. Grow added that the vendor had increased enablement support for partners to ensure they were in a position to deliver AI services to customers, and was encouraging the development of those skills through its partner programme. "When you think about Partner One and the certifications, now it's about building and scaling AI security practices, not just point solutions. It's the biggest opportunity, and now it's about tailoring that message towards value-added resellers, managed service providers, and managed detection and response providers," she said. Grow added that securing AI was a major area where its channel base could generate revenues for the rest of this year and into 2027: "It's massive, and it's probably the largest increase in total addressable market that we've seen in 12 to 18 months. We've got to get after it, and we've got to ensure that our partners have the capabilities and the skillset to go and get a piece of it." SentinelOne also used OneCon to announce the first tranche of partners - LevelBlue, GuidePoint Security and World Wide Technology - to become global delivery partners for the vendor's Wayfinder managed security and threat detection services. There are plans to expand that number in the coming months. "One thing we're doing very well in the market right now is providing a clear swim lane for our partners to engage in the services opportunity. We want our partners to own the service layer. Period. We don't want to compete with them, and I think that's very different in terms of what... some of our competition is doing right now," she said. "Services is going to be a massive part of our strategy with all of our other partners, and they are absolutely going to have the opportunity to go and deliver," she added. Grow said its channel was on a journey to develop AI skills, but every partner understood the need to protect data for customers in the face of increased adoption of AI. "They're heading in the right direction. Some have embraced this earlier than others. But I look at it in two ways: there's AI for security, and security for AI. That's what we talk about. That's what we live and breathe at SentinelOne. The vendor's message to partners for the rest of this year and moving into 2027 is to continue to engage with the emerging opportunities around securing AI environments and to sell more of the vendor's offerings to existing customers. "AI certainly is a big priority, but when you look at SentinelOne, it's about the platform. So right now, over half of our annual recurring revenue is coming beyond the endpoint. So yes, AI is part of that," Grow added. "The opportunity is to expand across the platform, selling to existing customers."

SentinelOne adds Anthropic's Claude Mythos 5.1 to Wayfinder to prioritise exploitable AI threats

SentinelOne (NYSE: S) will add Anthropic's Claude Mythos 5.1 to its Wayfinder Frontier AI Services, the company announced today. The service helps customers find vulnerabilities in their code and operations, and checks which ones attackers can exploit. Wayfinder pairs human security experts with frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and other labs. The team validates findings and gives customers a prioritised list of fixes, so they can act on real risks rather than an unfiltered backlog. SentinelOne says October brought a sharp rise in AI-fuelled vulnerabilities and attacks, including PHP2SHELL, LiteLLM, and eMudhra. "Adding Anthropic's Claude Mythos 5.1 will help our analysts work at the pace of today's threats," said Steve Stone, chief customer officer.

SentinelOne unveils Autonomous SOC with Purple AI.

SentinelOne unveils Autonomous SOC with Purple AI. Published by SentinelOne has unveiled Singularity ASOC (Autonomous Security Operations Center), an integrated suite powered by its Purple Security Superintelligence models that combines real-time data ingestion, agentic investigation and automated response for enterprise security teams. Key Takeaways * SentinelOne has unveiled Singularity ASOC, an autonomous security operations suite powered by its Purple Security Superintelligence models. * Since launch, Purple Agentic Investigation has completed more than 400,000 investigations of critical alerts, saving customers an estimated 332,000 analyst hours. * The suite ships with more than 50 out-of-the-box connectors spanning cloud, identity and other security vendors' tools. Introduced at SentinelOne's OneCon 2026 global customer conference, Singularity ASOC connects detection, investigation and response in one governed loop, with analysts setting the limits on what the system is allowed to do. The company says the launch marks a critical milestone in helping customers and partners realise the promise of the Autonomous SOC, as alert volumes and more sophisticated attack techniques outrun what human-paced teams alone can cover. Purple routes each task to the right model. At the core of the suite is Purple, a system of models SentinelOne built specifically to outperform human teams at detecting, investigating and stopping attacks. Purple routes each task to the right model at the right point in the decision: behavioural and static AI on every endpoint judges activity at its source and acts locally under policy, while security-tuned and frontier models add context and deeper reasoning across the enterprise. Since launch, Purple Agentic Investigation has completed more than 400,000 investigations of critical alerts and saved customers an estimated 332,000 analyst hours. "The Autonomous SOC is not optional anymore. Attackers are using AI to move faster than any human-paced process can follow," said Chris Corde, Chief Product Officer of SentinelOne. One suite, dozens of connectors. Singularity ASOC runs on the Singularity Platform and bundles Agentic Investigation, Hyperautomation, AI Data Pipelines, AI SIEM, and threat intelligence and IOC management into one offering. AI Data Pipelines give customers more than 50 out-of-the-box connectors to third-party sources spanning cloud, identity, email, network, SaaS, data platforms and vulnerability management, from AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft to Okta, Cisco, Snowflake and Oracle. The platform also ingests data from other security vendors' tools, including Microsoft Defender XDR, Palo Alto Networks Prisma, Wiz, Darktrace, Sophos Central and Check Point, letting teams investigate and respond across their entire security stack rather than SentinelOne tools alone. "Security teams can't act on exposures they can't see in context," said Ray Komar, Vice President of Cloud and Technology Alliances at Tenable, one of the integration partners. Credits-Based model keeps humans in control. Singularity ASOC draws on Singularity Credits, SentinelOne's unified currency for AI-powered capabilities, with administrators setting consumption guardrails so automated actions stay within limits the organisation defines. "Purple isn't a general superintelligence. It's something narrower and far more useful: faster and better than any human team at one job, detecting, investigating and stopping attacks," said Tomer Weingarten, co-founder and CEO of SentinelOne.
