Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Applicants must be able to lift more than 35 pounds.
  • Applicants must be able to pass a physical examination and a Department of Transportation drug screening.
  • Applicants must have a flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Execute field and operational activities according to business needs.
  • Perform agricultural field activities, including manual planting, pollination, plant identification, sampling, harvesting, weeding, crop maintenance, installation and repair of irrigation systems, and manual pest control using a backpack sprayer weighing approximately 35 pounds.
  • Perform operational activities, including seed processing, preparing shipments, and preparing and maintaining rest areas, as well as other operational activities required by the project.
