  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar discipline preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of experience in multiple technology disciplines with extensive experience in business, functional and people management
  • 5 or more years of experience in SaaS
  • 2 or more years of experience in applying AI/ML/ NLP/deep learning/data-driven statistical analysis & modeling solutions to quantitative analysis
  • Strong knowledge of the theory and applications of machine learning, AI, deep learning, data science, NLP, text analytics, unstructured data analytics, supervised/unsupervised learning
  • Proven capability in demonstrating successful advanced technology solutions (either prototypes, POCs, well-cited research publications, and/or products) using ML/AI/NLP/data science in one or more domains
  • Experience in an applied R&D environment, working in an agile culture to bring cutting-edge technologies to fruition, from initial concept to implementation
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex algorithms, solutions to stakeholders across multiple disciplines, and ability to work in a diverse team

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with WorkWave's company and business objectives in support of a vision that will impact both internal operations and customer-facing products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, data science, support and marketing to identify opportunities for AI integration.
  • Help build, manage and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of AI-powered features such as intelligent route optimization, predictive maintenance, natural language processing, and automated customer service.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with AI technology vendors, research institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay current with the latest AI trends and technologies, ensuring WorkWave remains at the forefront of innovation in our industry.
  • Evaluate the performance and impact of AI implementations on our products and services, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI team and across the organization.
