About the job
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 and common client applications.
- Good English language skills with proven drafting ability.
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT professional.
- Knowledge of modern Active Directory, Entra ID, VMware, firewall, and vCenter.
- A good understanding of and experience with ITIL processes, especially change, incident, and problem management.
- Strong IT security awareness.
- Ability to work independently.
- Integrity in handling work and data.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to take responsibility proactively.
- Plan, implement, and maintain the company’s global network and Azure cloud environment to ensure stability, security, and high availability.
- Provide network and cloud support and collaborate with international teams.
- Manage the global network, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and SD-WAN, and Azure cloud services.
- Maintain virtual machines, security settings, and performance.
- Configure firewalls, ACLs, IDS/IPS, and security policies.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and NIST.
- Provide user support and resolve connectivity issues.
- Handle cross-border projects and collaborate with overseas teams.
- Travel abroad as needed for implementation and troubleshooting.
- Maintain SOPs, configuration records, and user guides.
- Overseas onsite support experience.
- M365 experience.
