- Demonstrated experience with system administration in Windows and Linux/CentOS Server environments.
- Demonstrated experience with Cisco ISE, Umbrella, and DNAC.

- Demonstrated professional experience defining, requesting, configuring, and monitoring cloud server architectures, including Amazon Web Services EC2, RDS, S3, Elastic Load Balancer, and Route 53, in a Tier 3 support environment.
- Demonstrated professional experience developing and implementing system upgrades.
- Demonstrated experience identifying technical risks and risk mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrated experience providing Operations and Maintenance and Tier 1–3 support.

- U.S. citizenship is required.

- Demonstrated professional experience installing and configuring the Moodle Learning Management System.
