Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Apple Education Community platform.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, product marketing, and sales to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
  • Scale the Apple Education Community, including the learning center, and forum.
  • Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the engineering team.
  • Prioritize product features and improvements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Monitor key product metrics, analyze performance, and iterate on the product to achieve business goals.
  • Advocate with internal teams to promote adoption of new technologies to ensure the platform maintains an innovative edge and engaging user experience.

  • Ability to work in virtual, remote and in person settings. At times, you’ll need to be available outside of regular working hours to meet the needs of global partners.
  • Ability to dive into technical details and designs, including web technologies and large-scale service architectures.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, across all levels of the organization.
  • MBA or advanced degree and/or technical background.
