About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in AI engineering, software engineering, machine learning, or application development is required.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar languages are required, with experience building AI-powered applications, automation tools, or custom software.
- Familiarity with large language models, generative AI, application programming interfaces, and modern AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, Anthropic, or Google Vertex AI is required.
- Experience integrating software with enterprise platforms such as Procore, P6, Autodesk, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or other business systems is preferred.
- Construction, architecture, engineering, or real estate development experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are required, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications and custom software that improve business operations and project execution.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and implement AI solutions across estimating, operations, project management, recruiting, accounting, and other business functions.
- Collaborate with business leaders and project teams to translate operational needs into practical AI and software solutions.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing business systems, including Procore, P6, Autodesk, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other construction platforms.
- Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI technologies that improve productivity, efficiency, and decision-making across the organization.
- Develop proprietary software, internal tools, and technology solutions that support the company's long-term growth and competitive advantage.
- Ensure AI solutions follow best practices for security, data privacy, and responsible AI use.
- Build relationships across the organization and communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
