Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT architecture or senior engineering roles focused on end-user computing or Modern Workplace technologies.
  • Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune or Endpoint Manager, and Windows 11 client management.
  • Successful delivery of workplace roadmap initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, Azure Active Directory or Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust principles.
  • Experience with device lifecycle management, including Autopilot, provisioning, and patch management.
  • Architectural familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Ability to produce clear architecture documentation and communicate technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with VDI and Digital Workspace platforms including Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and VMware Horizon.
  • Exposure to mobile device management or unified endpoint management for iOS, Android, and macOS platforms.
  • Background in ITIL-based service management environments.
  • Experience in regulated or enterprise environments with complex compliance requirements.
  • Fluency in English at a business level.
Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain the enterprise architecture for the Modern Workplace domain, including endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and identity and access integration.
  • Define and drive the roadmap for Microsoft 365, Intune or Endpoint Manager, Windows 11, Apple Business Manager, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, SOTI MobiControl, and related client technologies.
  • Define the architecture and rollout strategy for AI-powered workplace tools, including Microsoft Copilot Cowork and Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, with licensing, data governance, and security considerations.
  • Define and monitor the Digital Employee Experience strategy.
  • Ensure outsourced services align with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Establish architecture standards, reference designs, and governance guidelines for device management, application deployment such as Autopilot, and Zero Trust or Conditional Access policies.
  • Establish governance guidelines for responsible AI use within the Modern Workplace domain in coordination with security and compliance stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and select new tools and technologies to improve employee experience, security posture, and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate emerging AI capabilities in endpoint and device management, including AI-assisted troubleshooting, predictive maintenance, and anomaly detection, and assess their organizational fit.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and service management teams to ensure alignment across the broader IT architecture.
  • Support and guide technical teams during implementation, acting as a design authority and escalation point for architectural decisions.
  • Create and maintain architecture documentation, including solution designs, technical standards, and decision records.
  • Assess the impact of new Microsoft and vendor releases and features on the existing landscape and recommend adoption strategies.
  • Support license optimization and workplace technology cost management.
  • Act as a stakeholder-facing advisor, translating business requirements into technical architecture decisions.
  • Advise stakeholders on how AI-driven features can improve employee productivity and self-service capabilities.

Fusion-LN introduces a streamlined approach to data acquisition, supporting applications across aerospace and defence, telecom, audio, industrial, and automotive sectors. Its modular design and intuitive interface enable users to adapt quickly to changing test requirements without compromising accuracy or reliability. A key function is that owners of HBK's LAN-XI data acquisition tool can preserve current capabilities and past investments, as Fusion-LN has backwards compatibility with LAN-XI. Operators are now also able to place Fusion-LN modules - combined with LAN-XI modules - in the same frame, which provides a seamless upgrade and allows them to expand their system, instead of replacing it.
