Responsibilities
Integrate FluidAI’s platform with hospital electronic medical record and hospital information systems, including MCC, Oasis, CareWare, Vida, Cerner, Epic, InterSystems TrakCare, and others.
Build and maintain integration layers using HL7, FHIR, and REST APIs.
Work with hospital IT teams to configure network access, security requirements, and API connectivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues at partner sites, often on the same day.
Ensure compliance with NPHIES and Saudi healthcare data regulations, including PDPL.
Serve as the technical bridge between hospital stakeholders and FluidAI’s engineering team.
Document integration patterns and build repeatable deployment playbooks.
Support onboarding and training of hospital staff on FluidAI products.

The Role
You will be the technical point of contact between FluidAI and our hospital partners. You’ll integrate our platform with hospital information systems, troubleshoot deployment issues in real- time, and ensure our product works reliably in clinical environments.
This is a fast‑paced, on‑the‑ground role with significant time spent inside hospitals, working with IT departments, clinical staff, and our remote engineering team primarily in the KSA. The role may be based in KSA or based in Canada with substantial time spent on site; final structure will be aligned with the successful candidate.
