A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field of study is required.
At least 5 years of IT experience is required for level 3.
At least 9 years of IT experience is required for level 4.
At least 5 years of experience with Java, Java applets, and JavaScript is required.
At least 5 years of experience with JavaServer Faces, Cascading Style Sheets including CSS3, HyperText Markup Language, Structured Query Language including Oracle SQL, Spring, Struts, servlets, web containers, and Subversion is required.
Experience with Java Message Service, Jira, Maven, Java Persistence API including JPA2, Hibernate, Confluence, Eclipse, jQuery, and JSON is required.
Working knowledge of Java Database Connectivity, SQL, and database stored procedures is required.
Experience with responsive web design is required.
The candidate must consistently deliver readable, maintainable, and efficient code.
U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency is required.
The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
The candidate must not have traveled outside the United States for more than six months within the last five years.
