Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field of study is required.
- At least 5 years of IT experience is required for level 3.
- At least 9 years of IT experience is required for level 4.
- At least 5 years of experience with Java, Java applets, and JavaScript is required.
- At least 5 years of experience with JavaServer Faces, Cascading Style Sheets including CSS3, HyperText Markup Language, Structured Query Language including Oracle SQL, Spring, Struts, servlets, web containers, and Subversion is required.
- Experience with Java Message Service, Jira, Maven, Java Persistence API including JPA2, Hibernate, Confluence, Eclipse, jQuery, and JSON is required.
- Working knowledge of Java Database Connectivity, SQL, and database stored procedures is required.
- Experience with responsive web design is required.
- The candidate must consistently deliver readable, maintainable, and efficient code.
- U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency is required.
- The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- The candidate must not have traveled outside the United States for more than six months within the last five years.
