Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of design and e-commerce experience at an advertising agency or high-profile brand. Please have your portfolio link in your resume to be considered
  • Portfolio demonstrating big, campaignable thinking that can extend into any medium
  • Strong understanding of digital and social platforms as well as their use within marketing
  • Exceptional design skills, including layout, typography, video, motion, and design patterns
  • Proven ability to work across teams and synthesize input from marketing, product management, sales, market research, and internal and external partners
  • Solid written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Expert mastery of all design tools, platforms, and versions of applicable software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Indesign)
  • Working knowledge of motion design and related software (such as After Effects, etc.) preferred
  • Must have photography knowledge and skills
Responsibilities
  • Partner across creative team leads including other Art Directors to create a compelling visual brand story across all platforms
  • Work on set to capture necessary assets and edit as required- video and static image
  • Lead and execute on assigned creative projects from concept to completion
  • Arrange for ancillary creative shoots as needed, manage third parties on a project by project basis where required
  • Provide graphic design work as needed to supplement existing internal and external resources
  • Create comps, storyboards, graphic concepts, and final deliverables as required
  • Lead and develop a team of graphic designers
  • Act as the internal creative spokesperson for all assigned projects to ensure a complete understanding of the vision of our internal and external teammates
  • Always create an environment that is: collaborative, dependable, insightful, innovative, respectful, analytical and deliberate
