Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Identifying and maintaining a database of potential target businesses / clients
  • Maintaining an external watch list along with related credit profiles
  • Preparing and completing “idea books” to pitch to target businesses / clients
  • Preparing marketing materials for meetings with potential clients
  • Interacting with clients and preparing meeting deliverables and follow ups
  • Tracking the capital markets and analyzing any changes within the markets
  • Supporting the senior members of the Capital Advisory Group (specifically within the creditor business marketing initiative)
Desired Qualifications
  • Interest in mergers and acquisitions advisory, private funds and capital markets advisory, and valuation and fairness opinions
  • Experience in business development efforts for restructuring and creditor rights business
  • Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
