Requirements
  • Proficiency in MEP estimating platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and establish dynamic partnerships across various teams.
  • Organize and prioritize work efficiently, achieving performance metrics.
  • Conduct weekly standups with the project implementation team.
  • Utilize in-app guidance and support to highlight product benefits.
  • Educate users on core processes and features alongside instructor-led training.
  • Leverage templates for implementation planning and schedule meetings via Calendly.
  • Handle client questions and concerns professionally.
  • Document and escalate bugs and enhancement requests.
  • Create and approve Knowledge Base articles and manage client communications and project status in CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Collect user feedback through surveys, polls, interviews, and analyze product adoption metrics.
