Responsibilities
- Stock in vehicles.
- Pull all manufacturer billing and post it daily.
- Balance manufacturers' payable monthly statements.
- Post vendor payments monthly.
- File vendor statements and invoices with a copy of the check monthly.
- Maintain W-9 forms.
- Clean assigned schedules.
- Order office supplies.
- File daily deposits.
- Back up accounts receivable.
