Requirements
- Experience building referral relationships and generating qualified business opportunities.
- Comfort conducting face-to-face networking, visiting businesses, starting conversations, and following up.
- Consistent and accurate use of customer relationship management systems for activity, contact, and lead documentation.
- Ability to participate in marketing meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins.
- Ability to work in the community and conduct daily in-person marketing routes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage an assigned territory of referral partners, including plumbers and plumbing supply houses, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning companies, property managers, insurance agents and adjusters, roofers, inspectors, and other industry influencers.
- Conduct daily in-person marketing routes and follow-ups.
- Host and attend breakfasts, lunch-and-learns, continuing education classes, and networking events.
- Act as a consultant and trusted advisor to referral partners.
- Drive qualified, warm leads into the company pipeline.
- Represent United Water Restoration at trade shows, community events, and industry functions.
- Log all activity, contacts, and leads in the customer relationship management system accurately and consistently.
- Support brand awareness through light social media content and partner engagement.
- Participate in marketing meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in business-to-business sales, field marketing, or business development.
- Experience in home services, restoration, construction, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, or insurance.
- Experience with networking groups, trade organizations, or community outreach.
