- Develop and manage an assigned territory of referral partners, including plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, insurance agents and adjusters, roofers, inspectors, and other industry influencers.
- Conduct daily in-person marketing routes and follow-ups.
- Host and attend breakfasts, lunch-and-learn events, continuing education classes, and networking events.
- Act as a consultant and trusted advisor to referral partners.
- Drive qualified, warm leads into the company pipeline.
- Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and industry functions.
- Log all activity, contacts, and leads accurately and consistently in the CRM.
- Support brand awareness through light social media content and partner engagement.
- Participate in marketing meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins.
- Meet ongoing activity expectations, including at least three marketing routes per week, four breakfast or lunch-and-learn events per month, two networking events per month, three social media touchpoints per week, and consistent CRM documentation.
- Experience in B2B sales, field marketing, or business development.
- Experience in home services, restoration, construction, plumbing, HVAC, or insurance.
- Experience with networking groups, trade organizations, or community outreach.
