About the company

Bridgit offers software to help construction firms manage their workforce. Its platform is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that handles labor scheduling, forecasting, and real-time visibility into how workers are allocated across projects. The product works by letting managers plan staffing alongside project timelines, forecast future labor demand, and monitor on-site staffing and progress through a centralized dashboard. Bridgit differentiates itself by focusing specifically on construction project-based labor management, providing tools tailored to fluctuating workforce needs and on-site coordination that general-purpose HR systems lack. The company aims to help contractors optimize staffing, anticipate labor shortfalls or surpluses, and improve operational efficiency and decision-making around human resources on the job site.
