About the job
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Four to seven years of management experience in a healthcare setting overseeing accreditation, clinical operations, or both.
- Experience managing workflows, scheduling, or operational execution.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience working with key performance indicators and reporting tools.
- Experience using artificial intelligence tools for reporting, task management, or workflow optimization.
- Ability to identify and eliminate manual or redundant processes using artificial intelligence tools.
- Manage daily operational tasks and coordination.
- Track and report operational key performance indicators.
- Support scheduling, workflow execution, and task management.
- Ensure adherence to operational standards and procedures.
