About the job
- Must be a United States citizen.
- Must possess a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
- At least 8 years of experience with Department of War or similar acquisition programs.
- Familiarity with Foreign Military Sales processes.
- Experience working with Foreign Material Exploitation programs.
- Prior experience managing large research and development or rapid prototyping efforts.
- Manage complex Foreign Material Exploitation technical programs focused on research and development and rapid prototyping within the Tools & Techniques Laboratory.
- Apply acquisition and funding expertise involving SBIR/STTR, Other Transaction Authorities, MIPRs, AF Form 9s, O&M funds, and RDT&E funds.
- Track and report program cost, schedule, and performance, and interface with AFRL, DARPA, and AFLCMC.
- Provide Foreign Material Exploitation subject matter expertise to support strategy development and mission communication across NASIC, the United States Air Force, other Services, the Department of Defense, and Intelligence Community stakeholders.
- Provide program management and technical support for mission management, planning coordination, project scheduling, product dissemination, and identification of new tools and techniques for Foreign Material Exploitation.
- Provide Foreign Material Exploitation subject matter expertise to support community engagement and program advocacy across NASIC, the United States Air Force, other Services, the Department of War, and Intelligence Community stakeholders.
- Support strategic messaging and outreach to senior leadership and partner organizations.
- Provide technical consultation on Foreign Material Exploitation methodologies and best practices.
