- Experience working on consumer products, particularly mobile apps and mobile web.
- Design the core experience across web and mobile, including character discovery, chatting, and creation.
- Turn complex AI-enabled features into interactions users can understand without explanation.
- Develop a consistent visual language for the product, attending to typography, layout, motion, and everyday interaction details.
- Work directly with engineers to implement designs and ensure the shipped product feels right.
- Use the product, listen to users, and revisit design decisions based on what is learned.
- Strong preference for candidates who can work in person in the San Francisco office; remote candidates will also be considered.
