- Have a conscious desire to develop in marketing.
- Have at least one year of experience launching conversion campaigns.
- Have experience launching conversion campaigns with budgets of $2,000 or more.
- Have experience using Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
- Have analytical abilities and be able to work with data.
- Be able to generate unconventional ideas, find solutions, and take responsibility for them.
- Understand marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, ROI, ROAS, LTV, and CAC.
- Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns in Meta Ads.
- Monitor lead quality, including target and non-target audiences, and control costs in accordance with key performance indicators.
- Work with producers, copywriters, and designers by providing feedback on advertising campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze landing-page heatmaps and develop hypotheses to improve conversion rates.
- Generate new approaches and formats to improve campaign effectiveness.
