- Ensure Ketjen catalysts are satisfactorily put into use at customer sites by supervising catalyst loading and unit start-ups.
- Travel to customer sites, primarily in India and the Middle East, to ensure Ketjen catalysts are satisfactorily put into use.
- Supervise catalyst loading and ensure catalyst loading companies apply Ketjen's best practices.
- Participate in reactor start-ups at customer locations and prepare required documentation before and after start-ups.
- Support Technical Service teams with preparation work for modeling and simulation of customer processes.
- Support technical experts worldwide in day-to-day activities, such as unit monitoring.
- Contribute actively to the growth of the CFT catalyst business.
- Petroleum refining experience is preferred, with basic knowledge of hydroprocessing fundamentals.
- Experience with catalyst loading supervision, hydrocracking start-ups, or hydrotreating start-ups is a plus.
