About the job
- 5 to 8 years of experience in technology, including at least one year of experience as a Tech Lead.
- Mastery of complex web concepts across front end, back end, databases, infrastructure, deployment, continuous integration, and logs.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, Docker, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Interest in producing high-quality code.
- Ability to create simple infrastructure architectures.
- Experience accompanying and coaching junior team members.
- Ability to analyze and model complex problems and solutions.
- Ability to build relationships with internal or external clients and team members.
- Ability to explain concepts in an accessible and understandable way.
- Work on the project's most complex designs and features, and ensure that designs are implementable by development teams.
- Ensure the quality of the product's architecture and code through Theodo methodologies and code-review routines.
- Act as the point of contact for the client and maintain client satisfaction through routine meetings, backlog refinement, daily meetings, and ceremonies.
- Train the team through code reviews and pair programming.
- Support and supervise the team in the field through one-on-one meetings with each team member.
- Expertise in public-sector project concerns and accessibility issues, or experience in the public sector.
