Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative/complex technical deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications
  • Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management
  • Familiarity, awareness, or strong working knowledge of development methodologies and technologies in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS; REST, XML, Database Technologies
  • Strong product command and technical domain knowledge of SaaS, Marketing, Mobile Applications, APIs or Programming
Responsibilities
  • Engaging with customer technical decision-makers and influencers
  • Running data workshops to build plans for implementing solutions aligned with customer business goals
  • Driving pilots, proof of concept, and value optimization
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions
  • Identifying and resolving technical blockers
  • Engaging product and support teams to remediate blockers
  • Guiding customer strategy and future growth with Insider solutions
