Requirements
  • Hold a CAP/BEP or vocational baccalaureate in maintenance, electrical installation, or plumbing.
  • Have prior experience in maintenance of public or collective-use buildings.
  • Have basic plumbing knowledge covering water production and distribution and water treatment.
  • Have electrical knowledge covering high- and low-voltage current.
  • Know heating and air-conditioning systems and their operating modes.
  • Know fire-protection equipment, including extinguishers, and the rules governing safety and fire-safety commissions.
Responsibilities
  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of machines and buildings, including plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning, and sanitary systems.
  • Carry out general repair work and maintain the facility's green spaces.
  • Follow maintenance instructions and applicable maintenance standards.
Desired Qualifications
  • A diploma in ERP 1 fire safety.
  • Low-voltage electrical authorization.
