About the Company

Critical Materials Group

Modular automation platforms for energetics manufacturing

CMG designs modular, automation-ready platforms to expand U.S. production of military-grade energetics, including explosives, propellants and pyrotechnics such as C-4, RDX and HMX. Its small-footprint systems slot into government-owned or prime-contractor facilities to add surge capacity, handling chemical synthesis through load-assemble-pack without disrupting established production lines. The team’s mix of special-operations, defense contracting and energetics-lab experience helps CMG focus on plug-in modules rather than large standalone plants. The goal is to speed platform development and commissioning, grow engineering and operations, advance regulatory milestones, and meet rising U.S. government demand for secure, domestic energetic materials.
