About the job
- A first experience in payroll, ideally in a multi-collective-agreement environment.
- An interest in digital tools and technical experience configuring payroll software; Silae experience is a plus.
- Client-contact skills, including listening, reassuring, explaining, and building long-term trust.
- Adaptability and versatility to address each client's specific requirements.
- Knowledge of social law and strong command of payroll techniques.
- A Bac+2/3 diploma in payroll or accounting.
- Independently manage the payroll process and social declarations for a portfolio of clients covered by multiple collective agreements, in compliance with legal and collective-agreement rules.
- Produce payroll for the assigned client portfolio accurately and reliably.
- Act as the primary client contact for onboarding, collecting payroll information, creating and configuring files, and putting them into production.
- Advise and support clients with their day-to-day payroll issues.
- Travel to client sites to maintain relationships, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Support clients in optimizing payroll configurations and using tools on a daily basis.
- Work on technical and digital topics, including implementing human resources information systems, application programming interfaces, and time-and-attendance management.
- Help improve internal practices and tools in a firm investing in digital capabilities.
- Experience with Silae payroll software.
