- Instruct and enforce safety practices and regulations, create a safe working area, and maintain a safety-minded atmosphere.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards to ensure a clean, orderly, and safe operation.
- Control cost and waste levels through efficient use of manpower and facilities, and reduce costs through improved methods.
- Maintain good relations with production and office associates and peers to support effective coordination between groups and departments.
- Ensure established quality standards are maintained.
- Maintain up-to-date associate training files using sign-off sheets.
- Maintain accurate daily timekeeping and reporting.
- Ensure production reports are accurate and completed on time.
The Composites Solution Partner, branded as CSP, designs and manufactures composite components for automotive and mobility customers. Its capabilities build on the former Teijin Automotive Technologies operations acquired by AURELIUS and rebranded in 2025. Engineering, materials expertise and manufacturing facilities support lightweight exterior, structural and underbody applications across the United States and Mexico.
