Vivid Seats operates an online ticket marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of tickets for live events, such as sports games, concerts, and theater performances. The platform allows sellers to list tickets they have already purchased, while buyers can browse these listings to find tickets that suit their preferences. Vivid Seats generates revenue by charging a service fee, which is a percentage of the ticket price, paid by the buyer at the time of purchase. The website and mobile app offer features like searching for tickets by quantity, price, or seat location, and provide electronic transfer options for secure ticket delivery. Vivid Seats stands out from competitors with its user-friendly mobile app and strong customer support, which includes guarantees for valid ticket delivery. The company's goal is to create a reliable and convenient platform for people to access live events.
