  • 10 years of Enterprise Applications experience
  • 7+ years leading and managing internal Business Applications teams/orgs of at least 30 people at a fast-growing tech company
  • Experience with SaaS solutions, cloud architecture, and Enterprise Business Platforms (Netsuite, Workday, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools like Workato, Mulesoft, etc.
  • Strong project/program management skills
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Enterprise Applications strategy, ensuring alignment with Reddit's broader goals while balancing the needs of partners and customers.
  • Drive the transformation of technology architecture to support company goals, building scalable platform solutions and customizing best-in-class software products.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for the overall Corporate Technology strategy.
  • Cultivate a data-driven culture within the Enterprise Applications team by refining and expanding our use of key performance indicators (KPIs) to better demonstrate and monitor the effectiveness of our initiatives, the value we deliver, and measure the ROI of our work.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of current-state and future-state technology roadmaps aligned with approved Corporate Technology investments and leadership priorities.
  • Identify critical areas of improvement, recommend solutions, and lead the execution of those solutions to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Responsible for the high-level design and implementation of integrations across the application ecosystem, partnering effectively with business users, application developers, and vendors.
  • Partner with key business sponsors and executive stakeholders to deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews that clarify roadmaps, highlight successes, or address areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with client organizations to ensure their Enterprise Application expectations are met and priorities are set appropriately.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, service providers, and vendors to design, develop, and implement enterprise architecture strategies.
  • Provide thought leadership and clear technical direction to the team to deliver results and business value.
  • Analyze existing business processes and data flows to develop system designs, delivery roadmaps, and integrations to other systems.
